Have you noticed that when you’re focused on a certain result, you are rarely surprised at the outcome? If you’re certain you are overwhelmed and you can’t accomplish anything…guess what usually happens? The opposite is also true. If you’re focused on enjoying the process of a project of your heart’s desire, the result is usually a beautiful manifestation of that focus.
The truth is that whatever we focus our attention on determines the result. This month, I have an exercise for you that will help you see how changing the limiting ways you perceive your relationships or money or your health will result in real changes in your life. Let go of your most challenging perceptions and begin to look for what you want in life instead.
